German quality is not a marketing phrase — it is a working method. Every project begins with a written specification (technical brief, information architecture, page-level SEO plan). Every component is documented. Every deployment is versioned and reversible. We use TypeScript, React, and a component library that we own and maintain — no wordpress plugin roulette, no ' theme forest' code that breaks on the next update. When your competitor's site slows down after three plugin updates, yours doesn't.
The build process — what happens between briefing and launch
Week 1: Discovery & strategy. We audit competitors, cluster search intent, and define the site map, wireframes, and content structure.
Week 2–3: Design & prototyping. Every page is designed in Figma with a real content model — no lorem ipsum. You approve the design before a single line of code is written.
Week 3–5: Development. Semantic HTML, accessible components, structured data, image optimization, and lazy loading are default — not upsells.
Week 5: QA & launch. We test on iPhone, Samsung, iPad, and Windows/Mac across Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Core Web Vitals must be green before we ship. Analytics, Search Console and schema validation are configured before the site goes live.
Performance: why speed is a Dubai-specific problem
50% of UAE users abandon a page that takes longer than 3 seconds to load, and Google's ranking algorithm penalizes slow mobile pages more aggressively in competitive markets like Dubai. We hit an average Largest Contentful Paint under 1.8 seconds on 4G — not on your desktop with fiber, on a mid-range Android on Etisalat. This is measured, not claimed.
Mobile-first, because 78% of UAE traffic is mobile
Dubai has one of the highest mobile-first traffic ratios in the world. We design on 375px screens first, then scale up. Tap targets are at least 48×48px, forms are one-column, and no interaction requires a hover state. Arabic RTL layouts are supported by design, not retrofitted.
Accessibility and legal compliance
WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is default. We add correct heading hierarchy, alt text, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and ARIA labels where useful — never as decoration. UAE consumer protection and data privacy expectations are respected: no dark patterns, no forced cookies before consent, clear terms and privacy links.

4 fully custom pages, mobile-first responsive design, on-page SEO setup, structured data (Organization, Website, LocalBusiness), analytics (GA4) with event tracking, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, security headers, GDPR-style cookie handling, and one round of revisions. Additional pages are 500 AED each. Multilingual setup (EN/DE or EN/AR) is a 3,500 AED add-on per language.

Typical delivery for the base 4-page site: 2–3 weeks from kickoff. You get: source files, admin credentials, GA4 dashboard link, sitemap URL for Search Console submission, a written handover document, and a 30-minute walkthrough call. No lock-in.
