3. Offer & contract
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A contract is formed upon written order confirmation or deposit payment.
4. Services & scope of work
The scope of work is defined in the quote. Additional services are agreed separately and billed at our published modular pricing (see /packages).
5. Prices & payment
- Prices are in AED, exclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Standard payment: 50% deposit, 50% before go-live.
- Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, SEO) are billed monthly or annually in advance.
6. Client cooperation
The client provides copy, images, logos and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing inputs extend agreed delivery times accordingly.
7. Usage rights
Upon full payment the client receives a non-exclusive, unlimited licence to use the delivered work. Frameworks, templates and tools developed by us remain our property.
8. Ranking & performance guarantees
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic figures or revenue. SEO and SEA results depend on factors outside our control (algorithms, competition, market).

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, capped at the contract value.
10. Termination
Project contracts end on acceptance. Recurring services may be terminated in writing with 30 days' notice to the end of the month.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties treat the other party's confidential information as confidential, also beyond the end of the contract.
